When creating an order, we rely on individual engineering to produce an optimal product tailored to your needs. Through a detailed project management (production tracking) we guarantee a smooth throughput of your order.
STEP 3
TEST STAND RUN/ACCEPTANCE
The cornerstone of our activity is QUALITY. We achieve this through the systematic final testing of our pumps. Every pump that leaves our company is checked for its performance data.
This test can also be carried out in the support of our customers.
STEP 4
DISPATCH OF THE PRODUCT
After a successful run of the test bench, the pumps are prepared for shipment. This takes place in close cooperation with you.
You let us know whether you would like to arrange transportation by road, ship or air freight and if it should be organised by us or by yourself.
STEP 5
COMMISSIONING
AFTERSALES/SERVICE
If required, we support and advise you on site during commissioning and installation of the pumps. Our pumps are robust and low-maintenance due to their design.
Should there be a need for repair, our After-Sales / Service department will take care of your concerns directly. On-site repairs can also be carried out quickly by our specially trained and experienced technicians.
