The type NHMR is a volute casing pump with housing dimensions according to ISO 2858 and magnetic coupling for hot water applications.
The pump has a permanent magnet coupling, and the containment shell hermetically seals the fluid to the outside.
The eddy current losses of the containment shell are dissipated by an internal air cooler. A product exchange between the magnetic space and the hydraulic system takes place only through an internal throttle section.
The pump is self-venting.
The bearing of the pump shaft takes place in SiC plain bearings, the drive shaft is mounted in oil-lubricated roller bearings. Wear rings are standard on the suction and pressure sides.
The axial thrust compensation is done by relief holes, back buckets or other measures.
